Nenplas recognises its responsibility to prioritise the wellbeing of individuals which is why we aim to operate in a safe, responsible manner that respects the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities within which we operate. Our health and safety policy is reviewed regularly by management for suitability to make sure it continues to meet evolving needs and industry standards.

We take the following actions and measures to support this policy:

• Identifying the health and safety risks that may be posed by current operations
• Taking reasonable steps to protect employees, visitors, communities and others that may be affected by our work
• Informing employees of the actions they need to take to be able to work safely
• Encouraging employees to share any health and safety concerns they might have
• Continually reviewing relevant responsibilities as the business and our operations evolve

Maintaining a healthy and safe workplace is a shared responsibility and everyone working at or visiting our premises has a role to play by acting responsibly and following relevant guidelines. In addition to guiding our day-to-day operations this policy also provides a framework for wider business decisions that may affect the wellbeing of employees and others.
