Nenplas has a 28,000 sq ft warehousing space dedicated to holding plastic extruded products for our customers. This enables fast deliveries and the ability to ‘pick and pack’ certain orders for customers.
Our process
Our dedicated warehouse at Unit 2 is located within 500 metres of the main factory and is large enough to hold agreed stocks for many customers. We are centrally located and have excellent transport links to all parts of the UK. In addition we have our own fleet of vehicles at our disposal which gives us control over deliveries and collections.

Production Warehousing for Plastic Extruded Components
Having a dedicated facility where we’re able to hold agreed stock for our clients allows us to provide a reliable supply of plastic extruded components without you having to dedicate space to store those in-house. As our warehouse is located just 0.5km from our main manufacturing facility our production warehousing service makes it incredibly convenient to move stock between manufacturing, storage and dispatch so we’re able to support your delivery schedule as effectively as possible.
Once your plastic extrusions have been manufactured they can be directly transported to our warehouse for storage where we can hold agreed stock on your behalf until you’re ready for it to be shipped when you need your products. Our production warehousing service offers numerous benefits to our clients including:

Extruded Plastic Logistics with National Distribution
Once your plastic extrusion products are ready for dispatch we’ll use our distribution network to make sure they reach your business on time. This is supported by our own transport fleet of vehicles that we generally use, however we also have contracts with national distribution companies to ensure that all orders are delivered efficiently and on time. We support nationwide distribution as part of our extruded plastic logistics service so we’re able to accommodate businesses across the country.
Stillages and bespoke packaging tailored to the needs of each shipment are also used to minimise transport costs and help our customers manage their storage and distribution on arrival.
